The client needed a modern intranet to unify its workforce, streamline collaboration, and improve document management.
BrandBridge deployed a dedicated offshore Microsoft-certified team specialising in SharePoint and Microsoft 365. We began with stakeholder interviews across regions, mapping user journeys to understand pain points. Using Microsoft SharePoint Online as the foundation, we built a scalable intranet that integrated seamlessly with Teams, PowerApps, and OneDrive. Custom workflows were developed with Power Automate to replace manual approval chains.
